HAZMAT Charges & Fees

Hazardous Materials Shipping Costs:

Professional Stage Pyrotechnics (aka "Pre-packaged Pyro" by Ultratec and Le Maitre), Flame Gel/Paste, and Fuel Canisters incur higher shipping charges due to HAZMAT fees as follows:

• Pre-packaged Pyro (Professional Stage Pyrotechnics) & Flame Gel will be charged a $40 HAZMAT Fee, a $10 UN Certification Boxing Fee, + Exact Shipping.

Air Shipments are charged additional fees.  Call us for details.

These above fees are charged per shipment (not per product).  Example: if you wish to purchase 100 Gerbs, 24 Theatrical Flashes, and 50 Comets, you are only charged 1 HAZMAT Fee and 1 UN Certification Boxing Fee + Exact Shipping, providing they all can ship in the same box.

The same policy applies for Flame Gel/Paste and Fuel Canisters.  Whatever quantity of items that can ship within the same shipping box is charged only one set of these fees.  Larger orders (requiring multiple boxes) are charged additional sets of fees depending on the number of boxes required to ship the order.

These fees are not represented online when placing your order.  These fees may fluctuate depending on the quantity and type(s) of hazardous products ordered.  Upon placing your order, a customer service representative will call you with an updated total and to ask other verifying questions prior to processing payment.
