Nathan,

I made the cable up yesterday using some connectors we had around. It tested out with the ohmeter right after being made, though the connectors were old and it was a rush job. Took another look at it after getting your email and it appears it was shorting out to the connector sheath. A bit of electrical tape and all was well.

hear anything for at least a few hours. Thanks again!

I just wanted to thank you for your help and service during our production. We used several white and green flash pots as well as the small flame projectors. The entire panhandle of Nebraska was raving about our show and especially the effects! We combined computer graphics and the pyros in making "The Great Oz" a completely stunning moment in our show! Hi Nathan,

Thanks! I have dried out the cotton and it works like a charm now.
The cotton really felt dry, but this morning when I pulled the whole batch out of the bag, it was soaked.

I let it dry all day and the wand fires perfectly now!

I am also using far less cotton now, thanks for that bit of advice as well. I have what would be considered a large "stand-up" magic show, but we are currently working on a very large stage production.

All of my pyrotechnical effects will come from you guys.

I appreciate your quick responses and great customer service very much! As I wrote in a letter to Paul earlier, you have a new customer for life!!

Attached you will find a photo of our float from Mardi Gras. This one shows the smoke coming from the Stack. That's me on the front and my husband up top behind the wheel house!
