Theatrical fog machines create fog by vaporizing a special, safe and non-toxic water-based fluid. When used according to instructions, they leave no residue. Fog greatly enhances any lighting effect. It's used extensively in haunted houses, nightclubs, concerts and theaters. Popular Fog Machines is our line of economically priced models suitable for most applications. (Theme parks, arenas, stadiums, cruise ship shows and other large-scale or long-running shows should choose from our Professional Fog Machines category.) All models use Theatre Effects Fog Fluid. All models have a "reheat cycle" meaning they will automatically shut down to reheat from time to time, and during reheat (lasts approximately 60 seconds) you cannot make fog.

New! FG-1800 Hurricane™ Flex Fogger The Hurricane™ 1800 Flex Fogger is our newest addition to our great fog machine line-up. The Hurricane™ 1800 Flex offers great versatility by allowing you adjust the direction of the fog output by 180°. How cool is that? You can direct the fog straight up; straight down; or any angle inbetween! Just as with the Hurricane™ 1300, when we saw the retail price point, we immediately knew that this was a piece of gear that our customers could utilize for many different applications without busting the budget. After running the Hurricane™ 1800 Flex through its paces here at our facility we were pleasantly surprised how its initial warm-up time was only 5 minutes (versus the 10 minutes stated in the included instruction manual). We were also amazed after running the Hurricane™ 1800 Flex through four fogging cycles, that we had fogged out nearly 10,000 square feet of space in one of our warehouses that has 20 foot high ceilings. That is pretty impressive! The Hurricane™ 1800 Flex comes with a standard hard wired timer-remote that allows for manual fogging, continuous fogging or timed fogging. If you run the Hurricane™ 1800 Flex via a DMX-512 controller, you have the ability to control the density of the output (a feature not built into the hard wired controller). The entire fluid tank glows red if the unit is warming up and then switches to blue when it is ready to fog. Complete warm-up time in-between fogging cycles is a fast 30 seconds! FG-950 Super Fogger Very high output - suitable even for outdoor applications. (Indoors, a 15 second burst of fog will last for several minutes, but outdoors the fog keeps blowing away so you have to keep making more. Therefore, more power is required for outdoor fogging than for indoor.) In addition to a timer, the Super Fogger includes a lockdown button with adjustable output, so it can be set for a continuous stream of fog at the density you desire, with hands-free operation. (All foggers in this section have a "reheat cycle", meaning they will automatically shut down to reheat from time to time. When using the lockdown button with the Super Fogger, it will automatically commence fogging after the reheat cycle has ended. No user intervention is required.) It is used in both Popular Fog Machines and Professional Fog Machines to make clouds of fog. The effect actually looks like smoke; however, these machines do create fog (consists of liquid droplets), not smoke (consists of dry particles). Theatre Effects Fog Fluid is available in quarts and gallons. The actual shipping cost will be charged when gallons are purchased in case quantities due to the higher shipping weight.
