For attaching lights and other effects to stage pipes, tree stands, and trussing. Available in "C" (open-side) and "O" (wraparound) varieties. Many mobile performers prefer "O" clamps for their ease of use, and the fact that they won't scratch the pipe when you mount them.

SL05 Super Heavy Duty (Mega) O Claw
American-made product load rated at 1,100 lbs. Clamps onto Schedule 40 1.5" pipe, and tubing with 1.9" - 2" outside diameter. Designed for really heavy products. Unlike most other clamps with this capacity, the Claw supports the fixture’s weight the instant it is put over the pipe, so one stagehand instead of two can hang a heavy object (one does not have to supuport the fixture while the other attaches the clamp to the pipe.
