Bargain Basement Area

All products sold in any of our "Bargain Basement" areas come with the SAME WARRANTY AS ANY NEW PRODUCT sold by Theatre Effects in regards to functionality, unless marked otherwise under the product's name.

If a product is marked "SOLD AS IS - NO WARRANTY", you will have 48 hours from the time of product receipt to examine the product and make sure it works properly.

Most of these products have been used as demonstration models at trade shows, therefore it should be understood that our warranties cover "only" the functionality of the product and not cosmetic appearances (a.k.a. - there may be cosmetic blemishes on the product from being slightly used). Before products are listed in the "Bargain Basement" areas, they are tested to ensure that they are in proper working order, with the exception of our Pyrotechnic products. See our Shopping FAQ for a complete description of our product warranty policy in regards to functionality.

We pledge to update this page at least once a day; however, occasionally a listed product you order will have been recently sold. When this happens, you may either buy a brand new equivalent at 25% off of the regular price, or you may cancel your order - whichever you prefer. This only happens once every few months, and we sincerely apologize should you be the recipient of one of these unfortunate coincidences.
